Breathing and Basic Principles of Movement

This workshop is intended to help you to understand and develop optimal neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability, muscular strength, flexibility as well as incorporating modern theories of exercise science and spinal health to avoid injuries whilst exercising.

Breathing is the link to a better mind-body awareness focusing on precision and control of movement to realize the full benefits of any exercise program. Where we position our body in space is equally important , we need to separate each body part and then integrate it back in the whole . We investigate the core and the peripheral areas and then we look at how we apply our knowledge in a sequence of exercises to test our stability, mobility and strength.
