Date of Event: Thursday 24th November (Qualification Heats) & Friday 25th November (Finals)
Event Location: Qualification Heats (In front of Dubai Police SWAT team HQ on Al Wasl Road) & Finals (Fitness Expo Dubai at Dubai Marine Beach Club)
Event Time: Qualification Heats (8:00am to 11:30am) & Finals (2:00pm to 6:30pm)
Type of Event/Exercises: A mix of Freestyle/Cross Fit exercises with a balance of strength & endurance, but NOThard core Cross Fit technical moves
Qualification Process: 24 teams will compete on the 24th November for the Qualification Rounds and the TOP 6 Males teams & TOP 6 Female teams will qualify for the final
