Myriam Capes (born August 20, 1984) is a Canadian fitness champion.
She began at the age of 17. Before that she was a gymnast. She obtained her pro card in 2006. She’s 5 feet tall and weighs 115 pounds.
She took part in the 2007 Olympia Weekend at the Ms. Olympia in Las Vegas on September 29–30, 2007. She finished 18th of 19th in the competition.
In the 2009 IFBB Europa Show of Champions, she finished 2nd.
MYRIAM CAPES IFBB PRO: a Fitness competitor currently ranked 3rd in the IFBB World Ranking. At only 22 years old, Myriam obtained her pro card at the CBBF Canadian Fitness and Figure Championship after winning for a 3rd in a row. September 2015 was her 8th participation at the prestigious Olympia competition, where she placed 3rd. Since 2010 she ranked among the Top 5.
